We Lead Change
Everything we do starts with learning. We learn as much as we can about a problem or a need. What is the root, how has this been tackled before, and how can we make it better.
We learn Where we can create or help promote a sustainable, life-improving project and we get busy.
Each initiative starts with tangible needs and moves towards a track record of ongoing success and evident momentum from the next generation.
We Build Hope
Sustainable projects are anything that will produce results to meet a tangible need with resources left over to produce a new project with out ongoing, outside support.
Our current projects are based around Aquaponics, a sustainable food producing system, Supporting International Business Leaders, Investing in Education and Educators, Partnering with organizations centered around Health and well-being and other causes that sustain life.

Connect Global Co Founders
Javier Mendoza
Together with his wife, Danielle Mendoza, Javier has been leading mission trips since 2004 and upon it’s founding in 2009 has been instrumental in building Connect Global, a worldwide organization built on providing sustainable solutions to solvable problems like poverty, hunger, lack of education, and lack of clean drinking water.
In addition to bringing awareness to issues like Human Trafficking and Domestic Violence Javier is committed to sharing the Love of Jesus in practical ways around the world by speaking, teaching, and through various mission trips and outreach efforts over the years in Haiti, Jamaica, Honduras, Colombia, Thailand, Mexico, Louisiana, Florida, South Dakota, and Texas.
Along with their daughter Saige, the Mendoza Family has called La Ceiba, Honduras Home since January 2020.
As Co Founder of Connect Global Javier has the privilege of working alongside family and close friends documenting, tailoring and communicating the message of the organization while honing the global vision to share the Good News of Jesus around the world and help others do the same.
Javier has received Advanced Training in Leadership through the National Institute of Christian Leadership with Dr. Mark Rutland, and is a Certified Trainer in Missions through Go To Nations with Dr. Jerry Williamson.
Danielle Mendoza
Danielle Mendoza is co-founder of Connect Global, an international non-profit with an emphasis on community development in the education, medical, and public service sectors.
She along with her husband, Javier, have over 16 years experience in providing solutions such as education scholarships, sustainable food sources, and clean water to underserved communities around the world.
Danielle found success in the world of real estate early in her career, specializing in asset & property management for several high profile real estate firms.
Danielle currently focuses on developing long lasting community partnerships, organizational fundraising efforts, and implementing new strategies all which help fuel the success of her charitable work through Connect Global. Danielle and Javier have one daughter, Saige, who is 10 and completed her first international service trip at the age of 4 to Thailand.
Danielle, Javier, and Saige live and serve in La Ceiba, Honduras.
