Circa 2005-2006

Our second or third trip to Cusuna Honduras, with Morningstar church. This is where I fell in love with helping others ( I used to be pretty selfish). I am grateful for the opportunities that now exist in my life because of those early trips.

All of the people who gave sacrificially to make sure I had a plane ticket and a backpack (which i still have and travel with today!) are still in my heart all these years later.

It is because of these trips that I decided to build my life around doing for others and which ignited the vision for Connect Global almost 10 years later.

Thank you to all who have supported me, my family, and the teams we’ve been a part of.

Connect Global has long been a champion of the Garifuna People. We first visited a Garifuna home when we traveled to Cusuna in 2004. We believe in the Gospel message being made available to everyone in every corner of the earth and we are for Garifuna Lives to be able to access this life changing message and for them.
